Nagarajan, the  Founder and Chief Executive Officer of  Softsmith Infotech, has around  17 years of Industry Experience.

 

Nagarajan began his career in 1992 with the Essar Information Technology (a division of Essar Group) where he quickly ascended the ranks. He then worked with Tata Consultancy Services in the capacity of Project Manager and then also had very successful (overseas) stints with Tandem Computer, US Defense, TRW Experian and Satyam computers.

 

During his career, he has provided consulting and project management services to leading organizations and also has assessed organizations on SEI CMM Certifications. He is known in the industry circles for his strong leadership qualities, a high understanding of testing methodology and an efficient project management skill. He has rich experience in the timely execution of highly demanding technology intensive projects.

 

Nagarajan has a degree in Bachelor of Computer Science & Engineering from the College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai, India.

 

 

President, Director – Softsmith Infotech Inc., USA

 

Siva brings 15 years of information technology and senior management experience in applications development, project management, and systems integration. He is responsible for Softsmith Infotech's business development, strategic alliances and operations in the US.

 

Most recently, Siva was deploying and integrating Oracle Applications for Oracle Cisco, and was actively involved with enterprise applications at various companies, including IKON Office Solutions, MBNA America, VWR Scientific Products, Penn Mutual Life Insurance, Aramark, Dana, General Electric, and Stanford University. With Oracle’s Development organization, he was responsible for the engineering, testing and release management of the Oracle Assets product in the Oracle Financials Suite.

 

Siva holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University, USA and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, India. He operates from Cupertino, CA, USA.

 

 

General Manager - Sales

Muruga brings 16 years of sales and marketing experience in project management and industrial products. Muruga is responsible for Softsmith Infotech's business development, customer relations and contract management.

Muruga has worked in reputed organizations such as Larsen and Toubro, Essar and Fisher-Sanmar. He has helped the organizations to reach new business territories and implement new and successful business models. He has been associated with major projects like Reliance, Essar Oil, GSK Pharma Singapore etc., towards application engineering, project management and deliveries.

Muruga holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, India. Muruga travels extensively across the globe.

 

 

Asst. Vice President - Delivery

Sriraman controls the entire testing practice of Softsmith and ensures the delivery quality. Sriraman has got 15 years of IT experience in client interaction, system analysis, functional and performance testing and process enforcement.

Sriraman had been associated with league organizations such as Larsen & Toubro, Lucent Technologies etc.

Sriraman holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Regional Engineering College – Durgapur.

 

 

General Manager - Operations

Shankar heads the HR and Quality functions  of Softsmith. Shankar has profound expertise in testing of software applications and carries a lot of business analysis experience.

Shankar comes with 15 years of experience in Life Insurance Industry. He was part of the LIC UAT Team and has got wide experience in conduct of Internal Audit within Life Insurance Offices. He was the compliance officer for Branch Level Operations.He specialised in the area of underwriting,Claims processing, Customer Management in Life Insurance Corporation of India.
